Do you have ideas on how we could improve? Join us! We are an independent group of citizens with no political agenda, committed to seeking and speaking the truth.
We are always looking for volunteers to help us make our vision for the Dolan Springs Fire District a reality. We'll assist you in finding a way to volunteer that best suits your skills. Share your talents to help your Fire District thrive! Attend Dolan Springs Fire District Board Meetings to get to know your Board, your Chief, and Administration personnel. You elect them, you pay for them, so you should know them!
A functional, vibrant Dolan Springs Fire District and EMS/Ambulance Service requires its constituents' involvement. Thank you for your time, participation, and suggestions that make this possible!
The LMRFD Fire and Rescue Service, which operates as the Dolan Springs Fire Department, is funded in part by taxpayers in a 144 sq. mi. area in Dolan Springs, along with scattered properties in the Meadview area. The LMRFD Ambulance service covers over 2200 sq. miles of NW Arizona and contributes approximately half the funding for the District. Combined revenues support 2 full-time and 1 part-time fire and EMS personnel, including a Chief and part-time administrative support. The Dolan Springs Fire Department relies heavily upon volunteers.
If you are interested in volunteering, please call Volunteer Coordinator John Lilly at 928-530-1311.
